A position at InvestAlign affords a truly hands-on experience, working side-by-side with senior executives as they craft strategies, create opportunities and execute transactions on behalf of their clients. Working at InvestAlign is an opportunity to learn both the investment banking business and private equity business from executives who played key roles in shaping the industry over the past three decades and continue to architect current-day best practices and industry standards.
Once analysts have joined the firm, we provide initial training that is focused on taking individuals with high levels of intellectual curiosity and diligence, providing them with a solid foundation in practical finance, and then bringing them onto our teams to begin learning the skills they will need to be among the top-tier of business professionals as their careers progress. In addition, we offer continuing educational programs as well to supplement skills learned on the job, and offer movement within our firm as well.

Internship Program
You will be Challenged from Day One
We also offer a summer internship to college juniors, and hire full time analysts who start after college graduation.
As part of the InvestAlign team, you will participate in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, valuation issues, industry analysis and markets research, due diligence, as well as preparation for and attendance at client meetings. You will work in a high-growth environment alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
